The FIDM Museum in Los Angeles pays tribute to the film industry’s premier costume designers by showcasing their Oscar nominated works at the 21st Annual Art of Motion Picture Costume Design exhibition.

Costumes from all five Academy Award nominees for Best Costume will be on display: Anna Karenina (Jacqueline Durran), Les Miserables (Paco Delgado), Lincoln (Joanna Johnston), Mirror Mirror (Eiko Ishioka), and Snow White and the Huntsman (Colleen Atwood).

In addition to the five nominees, the exhibition features over 100 original costumes from more than 20 films of 2012, including Argo, Django Unchained, Hitchcock and Skyfall. Costumes from last year’s Oscar winner, The Artist, will also be on display. The exhibition runs through April 27, 2013. Admission is free.
